IMPORTANT COVID-19 POSTAL NOTICE:
Whilst most orders will still arrive within expected time frames, there are some unpredictable delays that are out of my control. Please be understanding of this.
1. Do you ship originals internationally?
YES I do! Free worldwide shipping - fully insured in transit.
Artworks are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Allow approx 10 days for delivery. International orders, please allow approximately 1-3 weeks for your artwork to arrive.
If you are outside of Australia your painting will be taken off its stretcher bars and carefully packed in a sturdy tube for transit.
Please note that for international orders, any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Also please understand that I will insure each artwork for the full price and cannot reduce the insurance price to suit your countries import tax laws.
2. Print Information.
Prints are made to order and will come direct from my Sydney based boutique fine art print studio.
Free shipping within Australia. International shipping is a flat rate of $20.
Time frame: Allow 2-3 days for printing, plus shipping times. Allow 7-10 days if ordering stretched canvases, plus shipping times.
Paper prints and canvas prints will come rolled in a tube. Stretched canvases will be sent carefully wrapped/boxed via courier. IMPORTANT: the stretched canvas option is only available to Australian customers.
Prints will come unframed.
EXTRA IMPORTANT: for international print orders any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs authority for further information prior to placing an order.
3. What’s your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final, no returns or exchanges due to the fragile nature of the artworks. In the unlikely event that your original artwork is damaged during shipping, then you must please contact me within 24 hours of receiving this artwork with photographs of the damaged goods so we can discuss further.
4. Monitor colours
Please note that the colours in the artworks may differ slightly to the colours you are seeing on your monitor.
