FAQ:

1. Do you ship originals internationally?
YES I do! Free worldwide shipping - fully insured in transit.
Artworks are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Allow approx 7-10 days for delivery. International orders, please allow approximately 1-3 weeks for your artwork to arrive.
If you are outside of Australia your painting will be taken off its stretcher bars and carefully packed in a sturdy tube for transit.
Please note that for international orders, any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Also please understand that I will insure each artwork for the full price and cannot reduce the insurance price to suit your countries import tax laws.

2. Print Information.

Canvas Prints are made to order and will come direct from my Melbourne fine art printers.
Time frame for canvas prints: Allow 7-10 days for printing, plus shipping times. (Allow approx 7-10 days for shipping. International orders, please allow approximately 1-3 weeks for shipping.)
Canvas prints will be framed for Australian customers only, please select this option when purchasing and let me know what colour frame you would like (black, oak or white).
For international customers your canvas prints will come unframed and rolled in a tube. Please select this option when purchasing.

EXTRA IMPORTANT: for international print orders any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs authority for further information prior to placing an order.

3. Commissions.

4. What’s your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final, no returns or exchanges due to the fragile nature of the artworks. In the unlikely event that your original artwork is damaged during shipping, then you must please contact me within 24 hours of receiving this artwork with photographs of the damaged goods so we can discuss further.

5. Monitor colours
Please note that the colours in the artworks may differ slightly to the colours you are seeing on your monitor.
